Position Overview:
As a Summertime Floating Teacher, you will have the exciting opportunity to work in various classrooms and support our team in delivering engaging and enriching experiences for our students. From assisting with classroom activities to joining in on outdoor adventures, you will play a vital role in creating memorable summer moments for our young learners.
Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and activities.
- Engage with children in meaningful play-based learning experiences.
- Provide support during outdoor play, field trips, and special events.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the classroom and common areas.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure the safety and well-being of all children.
Qualifications:
- Passion for working with children and making a positive impact.
- High school diploma or equivalent (recent graduates welcome!).
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and a willingness to learn.
